Nut Choc Sweet

Ingredients:

100g Roasted Hazelnuts
100g Roasted Coconut Chips
100g Dates (preferably not Medjool)
10 pieces medium sized Brazil Nuts
50g Cacao Nibs
optional: 100g 99%-100% Chocolate for glazing

  • 10 pieces medium sized Brazil Nuts
  • 50g Cacao Nibs
  • optional: 100g 99%-100% Chocolate for glazing

Before the beginning:


Preparation:

  1. Grind (suitable juicer, coconut shredder) or mix (kitchen machine with knife tool) all the ingredients into to a rough paste.
  2. Form balls or roll out and cut.
  3. If chocolate glazing is desired, melt the chocolate below 60°C/140°F and glaze the balls/cookies.
